Mark Twain's Taxes Reduced.
NEWBURG, N.Y., May 2. - Judge Dickey this morning fixed the assessment on Mark Twain's Summer home at Tarrytown at $50,000, confirming the referee's report. The village assessment was $80,000, and Mr. Clemens brought the action to have it reduced.
