The San Francisco Daily Morning Call, August 19, 1864

THE WOUNDED BOY. -- Henry Meyer, the youth who was knocked down by robbers in his father's pawnbroking establishment, day before yesterday, has never uttered a rational sentence since. He was very restless yesterday, all day, but at night he grew easier, and this was regarded as a favorable symptom. There is nothing very hopeful about the case, however.
