The San Francisco Daily Morning Call, June 21, 1864

 

SHORT-HAND LAW REPORTER. - The Governor having appointed and commissioned A. J. Marsh as short-hand reporter for the Fifteenth District Curt, an order was made in that Court yesterday, that the said appointment and commission be placed upon record, which was so done, and the oath of allegiance was taken by the appointee, with a promise to perform his duties as said reporter, faithfully, and to the best of his ability.
