The conference between Governor Clemens and Judge Robinson, on the California and Nevada boundary question, was terminated yesterday, in Carson. Judge Turner and Judge Mott and several other gentlemen were present. A proposition which it was thought would be satisfactory to all parties was drawn up and transmitted to Governor Stanford, to be acted upon by the California Legislature, and if that body agrees to its terms, our boundary troubles will cease at once from our northern to our southern limits.
